Job Description:
1 Ensuring the intergrity of BS and P&L with MIS Reports
2 Sound Knowledge on Accounting & US GAAP
3 Ensure Accuracy & Timeliness in the activities handled
4 Good knowledge on MS-Excel to prepare different reports
5 Ability to work through time crunches and deliver requirements and solutions

• Analysis of Balance sheet and P&L items of a specific Flextronics business segment
• Working with VP finance of business segment in preparing reports and analysis
• Track specific cost items actual vs. budget
• Chase up irregularities around actuals vs. budget with the concerned entities
• Explain variances in Balance sheet and P&L of the business segments
• Work with local entities around the globe in ensuring execution of tasks assigned by the finance VPs
• Prepare standard reports for VP finance on a regular basis
• Communicate with business segment finance heads and attached organization regularly
